I figure, so long as people are looking in my general direction, I'm doing okay. There's nothing worse than looking out at a crowd of people who are all staring at their laptops. (Okay, there are probably a few worse things, but it sucks lemme tell ya.)

I'm also sorry I missed the presentation, being an admirer of your work. However, about the illustrstion: when the dog is that good-looking and cute, most people suffer cognitive degradation. Actors know that dogs consistently upstage them. Does dog appear in your presentation - or is this a bone-and-switch presentation?

Great presentation. What was the name of the book you mentioned regarding the study of groups? Wrote it down but now can't find it. Thanks.

Derek,

Great presentation, and it was a pleasure to meet you at FOWD. It's got me thinking furiously, which is great, and as big a compliment as I can come up with! Thanks for the insight and inspiration.

I spent your entire presentation nodding my head emphatically with a smile plastered on my face. Many, many MANY thanks. I've always believed that working in communications gives creatives the opportunity to positively contribute. Crowdsourcing enables better connections, and makes this whole thing worthwhile. It's inspiring to see someone speak so passionately about it.

Killer presentation. I had the opportunity of attending this event today and it was awesome. I loved the dog photos too. I learned a lot from your presentation, thanks!
