Craig Ferguson is my favorite man on television. So clever and wise, he is saving us from the stupidity of the youth. I totally agree with him. Brilliant.

Craig Ferguson is such a smart boy – expecially considering that he was a highschool dropout. He is so well-read and continues to learn and share knowledge with his audience. Yes, he is funnier than heck too. Televison was designed as an advertising medium with just enough entertainment content to keep the viewer glued to the TV set so they would watch the commercials. TV progressed to where every 6 seconds the image would change to try to draw the viewer in deeper. It also resulted in shorter attention spans. One thing I really respect about Ferguson’s show is that we are allowed to exercise our longer attention spans that were developed because we limited our TV viewing and read more books and did puzzles.

And I record it and watch when I get home from work so I can vouch for him being the best way to unwind after a long day. Sounds like he has all the bases covered. :-)
