Thanks for the great post and kind words! One correction, though. Ever since our public launch in September, any user can add any company or organization to Satisfaction. They still go through an approval process (managed by yours truly) before they&#039;re made &quot;public&quot; (ie: listed on the Companies page and findable via Company Search), but the approval process is pretty simple.

Just a quick correction, you can now add any company you would like into Satisfaction:  http://getsatisfaction.com/companies/new

Although they don&#039;t go public right away (we screen out spam before companies become available to the search and company list), you can begin contributing to a company site you create right away.
