		<description>Hi Derek,
I enjoyed the &quot;Fred the corn plant&quot; story on the &quot; You Grow Girl&quot; website. I too enjoy the success of bringing half dead plants back to life. I have rescued a corn plant from the garbage and now it is doing great although two out of the four stalks do not have buds I still have hope.
I have two orchids that I purchased for under three dollars and I am hoping to get them to bloom. I will use the suggestion of rotating them between the shower and my living room. Never thought of that!
Thanks for your time, have a great day!
