» The worst thing about a sprain is that you don't always immediately realize you've hurt yourself. You twist your foot and think, "oh, it's okay, I'm alright, just feels a little stretched. Let's keep playing." Then, the next morning, you can't walk anymore.
I usually console myself with ice cream.
