According to the Chronicle, The Musee Mecanique will soon be history. This makes me unbelievably sad. The museum is a place of joy and wonder that never ceases to make me feel like a kid. I can only hope that something pulls through to save it. This is San Francisco, after all, and magic last-minute saves and unexpected fortune tend to strike around here.
